The Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claims we have declared and collected the penalty from Stroycomplex Govorovo LLC (Tatiana Park) under a contract of equity participation in construction, as well as a court fine in favor of our client.

The penalty was formed in connection with the violation by the developer of the timing of the transfer of the object of shared construction.
