Foreign tax will be able to participate in Russian inspections

The Federal Tax Service has published a draft order on participation in inspections of companies of foreign inspectors. This possibility is confirmed by the Tax Code.

According to Vedomosti, an international convention on mutual assistance in tax matters has been in force in Russia since 2011. It allows foreigners to get the opportunity to check business in Russia.

According to experts, no one used the opportunities provided by the convention, because there were no documents specifying exactly how foreigners should check with us.
